At Survea, data integrity implies data privacy. This Privacy Protocol outlines how we collect, process, and protect information across our platform, covering both our enterprise clients and our professional survey contributors.

2. Contributor Anonymity

While we use rigorous verification methods (including biometrics) to ensure panel quality, this identifying data is cryptographicly hashed. Clients receive aggregated, anonymized datasets. Individual identities are never shared with third parties or brands conducting the research.

3. Data Collection Mechanisms

We collect data through:

• Active participation in surveys and journal entries.
• Platform analytics required to detect fraudulent or automated bot behavior.
• Payment processing information required for contributor disbursements (e.g., M-Pesa).
