Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Survea platform (survea.app), whether as an enterprise client or a panel contributor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Contributor Obligations

Professional contributors agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate responses to all research instruments.
• Not use automated systems, bots, or AI to complete surveys.
• Maintain the confidentiality of product concepts or unreleased media shown during testing.
• Acknowledge that accounts flagged for fraudulent responses will result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of pending payouts.

3. Client Usage

Enterprise clients are granted a license to use the aggregated data for internal business purposes. Clients may not attempt to re-identify anonymized panelists or use the platform to distribute malicious links or content.
